Personal data

The personal data collected on this site after identification is the surname, first name, e-mail address and - if the user enters them - the name of his or her organization. This data is processed by the site editor, who is responsible for processing it.

Using an identity provider

SIDO provides several ways of logging in through different identity providers, using the OpenID Connect standard. You can choose to create your SIDO account through your profile on one of these.

When you use an Identity Provider, it transmits personal data to SIDO with your consent. Here is a table listing the information retrieved from Identity Providers by SIDO:

This data is integrated into your profile on SIDO, and you have the option of modifying or rectifying it at any time. Please note that this feature in no way allows SIDO, or any of its administrators, to access your profile on the identity provider used or any other personal data about you held by that identity provider.

Personal data from unused accounts (due to the user not using the service) will be systematically anonymized within 5 years of the last connection: in this case, you will no longer have access to your datasources, your workbooks or your profile.
